I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room amenities felt a bit basic for leisure travelers.

The staff took good care of our dogs and managed well despite large groups staying at the hotel. However, they struggled at times to keep up with breakfast supplies during our 3-night stay in April.

The location is excellent, near the Palais du Pape, restaurants, and the museum of Avignon. Being next to the Palais des Papes was a highlight, although the smaller size and congestion from package holiday travelers could be frustrating.
